❓What permission user require to create the Youtube/Twitch/Instagram channel?

A user with ADMINISTRATION permission can create any of the above mentioned counters.

❓Why my counter is not updating successfully?

An average a counter will take 4 hours to get updated successfully. If you want faster consider joining our 💎 premium tier.

❓What permission Emofy requires?

Permission that are required to function properly are MANAGE_CHANNELS, VIEW_CHANNEL, SEND_MESSAGES, EMBED_LINKS, ATTACH_FILES.

❓ How to find Youtube channel ID?

You can use any online tools to find channel id of any creator. Example : Commentpicker.

❓What will happen if the channel-id/user-name/channel-id is incorrect?

Emofy will simply remove your data from the database! You have to add all again in order to use.

❓What will happen if I remove MANAGE_CHANNELS permission from the bot?

In this case bot will remove your data from the database! You have to add all the things again.

❓Can you set up the bot for me on my server?

Nope, it is very easy to setup! We only use slash commands as well.

❓Why can I only create only 1 counter?

Due to API limits. In order to get maximum user we restricted the counter to only one.

❓Why does the Twitch counter does not show the total number of views?
